The event showcases the best tennis players in East and Central Africa in all age categories with each country participating as a team. Each team will be selected by their respective country (tennis association). Countries included in this event include Uganda, DRC, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania. The East African Legislative Assembly will support the EACA Tennis cup. It will be dedicated to the Late Hon. Eriya Kategaya the Minster of East African affairs. The Event is also supported by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and will be accredited accordingly. The finals of the event will be presided over by Mr. Dave Miley the director for International Development.
